Lost Controle

Recently I have found that I can't controle myself anymore! Unfortunately I begun going back to my bad habits like eating too much cake and sweets! From this day I WILL HAVE CONTROLE! I'll will gain it back!

This week I'm going to run 6 times 5 km each time.
I'm also going back to eating one bowl of fiber müsli, All Bran or rolled oats with milk and one tsp of sugar. For lunch I have decided to eat one cracker with sandwich spread on, some fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water! For dinner I will as usual eat one serving of whatever we're having and drink more water. Snacks could be a cracker with jam or something, it could also be 10 almonds and 15 raisins or a healthy smoothie or juice! Oh and FRUIT AND VEGETABLES!!!
Hope all of you still have controle over your eating habits ;-)

2. Planned Binge



Once again I had planned a binge yesterday. I do this every 2. week with a friend. It's a good way to keep yourself motivated, because then you have something to look foward to.

It was Ben & Jerry's calorie bomb of an icecream, New York Super Fudge Chunk we binged on.
I'm telling you: It Was De-Li-Ci-Ous!
I'm allready looking foward to the next planned binge ;-)

Food Going In My Stomach


It's going quite good so far!

For breakfast:
1 bowl of All Bran - 155 cals
100 gram of A38 (a kind of sour dairy product) - 45 cals
1 tsp of  brown unpacked sugar - 11 cals
175 ml of green jasmine tea - 2 cals
30 ml of milk for the tea - 11 cals

All summed up = 224 calories


For Lunch:
2 graham crackers - 70 cals
1 tsp of chunky peanutbutter - 32 cals
0.5 tsp of raspberry jam - 8 cals
1 thin slice of dark chocolate - 21 cals
4 medium strawberries -which is a negative calorie food, so technically 0 cals- but my calorie counter says 15 cals
1 raw kiwi - 56 cals

All summed up = 202 cals


For dinner:
1 bowl of spaghetti with homemade bolognese - 350 cals


As snacks:
1 graham cracker - 35 cals
1 tsp of chunky peanutbutter - 32 cals
1 tsp of raspberry jam - 17 cals
400 ml of green jasmine tea - 4 cals
50 ml skim milk for the tea - 18 cals

Planned Binging


Today I was with a friend and we had decided a long time ago that we would buy a cake and eat the whole thing! So I guess you could call it a planned binge. I kinda felt bad afterwards, but not so bad, because I weighed myself yesterday, and found out that I only weighed 48 kg !!! It's so crazy! And when I stepped up on the scale today (with clothing) I weighed 48,5 kg. So I guess that's all right, considering I almost ate a whole tart! :D hahahah. But I will still run 5 km tomorrow to burn the extra calories! I hope that the scale will continue to go down!
