I did kinda well yesterday, following my plan ;-) buuuut... of course I just had to screw it up today! ARGH!! ... So pissed at myself.
Tuesday:
Breakfast:
1 bowl of fiber müsli with milk and a ½ tsp of brown sugar - 217 cals
1 cup of tea with milk - 13 cals
Lunch:
½ a slice of rugbread (a kind of whole grain bread I think) - Around 50 cals
3 big glasses of water - 0 cals
Dinner:
1 big spoonfull of potatoes roasted in the oven - 125 cals
1 small slice of lamb meat - 66 cals
5 big glasses of water - 0 cals
Snacks:
1 big glass of freshly made pure orange juice - Oranges are a negative calorie fruit, so I suppose that pure orange juice also contain a negative calorie amount
Wednesday:
Breakfast:
1 bowl of müsli with milk and a ½ tsp of brown sugar - 242 cals
1 cup of tea with milk - 13 cals
Lunch:
2 small and thin slices of homemade bread - About a 100 cals
2 eggs, sunnyside up seasoned with salt and pepper - 129 cals
Snacks:
1 slice of rugbread - 100 cals
Dark chocolate to put on the bread - 20 cals
Workout:
Running for 15 min. - burned 141 cals
Still haven't ate dinner yet, so I can't tell you how that goes, sorry :-)

Going Hardcore
So I weighed myself today...... aaand....... I found out that I'm gaining weight! :'(
Which means: This week I'm going HARDCORE! So hardcore to me is: Eating maximum one bowl of
fiber müsli with milk and a ½ tsp of brown sugar and one cup of tea with milk, for breakfast. For lunch I must only eat one egg, and I'm allowed to prepare it in different ways as long as I'm only using that one egg, I'am also allowed to season it with salt and pepper. At dinner I'm eating with my parents, so I will eat whatever is served, but only take a small portion and drink a cup of water for every bite, so my stomach will fill up fast! Also I will run a minimum of 4 times over this week, the distance will sum up to a minimum of 18 km. As snacks, I'm allowed to eat as many negative calorie fruits and vegetables as I want to.
I know I can forfill this plan! Try making your own if you are also having a rough time with your weight ;-)

Boundaries
Today I'm with family all day, which means we probaly will be served alot of food... So I need to set some boundaries, to restrict myself from eating too much!
Today I will MAXIMUM eat one serving of what is served and I will not eat anything other than what is served. -no snacks!

Motivation, where're you at?
Arrrgh!! God... I feel so bad about myself! I seriously don't know how to get motivated enough to stay away from all that food... If some of you out there have some tricks.. please do share!

Easter
Well currently I have easter break, which is great! -no doubt ;-) but what is not so great, is that when school is not there to keep me distracted, I tend to eat more than usual... I ate chocolate today....... Shame on me! ... Yeah I know :-( So to make me feel just a tad better about myself, I went for a run earlier today!
Now I'm just lying in my bed waiting to fall asleep ;-)
One of the upcoming days, I'm going to write, what I eat throughout the day and how many kcal that is :-)

Introduction
Hey to all of you out there!
I'm a 15 year old girl - and I'm NOT from America or any other English speaking country, so please excuse me, if i make some spelling or grammatically mistakes along the way... - who seams perfectly normal on the outside, but on the inside, no one but myself knows whats really going on... I am struggling with keeping myself on track! Sometimes I just want to throw up when I eat too much! It's such a horrible feeling...
The whole purpose of this blog/diary is to focus and keep myself on track, so I hopefully will reach my goal some day.
I hope some of you will find courage in my upcoming posts, so you can reach your own goals!
